The Electrical Engineer Power will participate and manage electrical project teams to design, purchase and install equipment at our various plant locations, collaborate with manufacturing plants in troubleshooting and problem solving as needed; design processes for potential projects.
This individual will be responsible for various aspects of product development including mechanical design, evaluation of new product opportunities, feasibility hardware fabrication, product validation activities, and development and execution of characterization testing.
Coordinate and participate in scheduled/preventive maintenance on all production equipment; install, inspect, repair and maintain the mechanical, electrical and other related systems in all production and supporting departments.
In this role, the selected candidate will establish all aspects of project from start to finish - prepare budget, monitor performance, report statuses, locate sources and work with vendors for equipment and supplies.
The Mechanical Engineer will be developing product or system concepts and detailed designs, as directed; prototype generation and testing to international standards; conducts detailed studies to support design decisions; maintains records of design process in accordance with sound design practice and ISO requirements by performing duties directly or through subordinates when so directed.
