Support the tracking and reporting (of pipelines, success rates, costs, financial performance, etc.) pertaining to the Companys business development efforts in a timely, accurate, and comprehensive fashion.
Work with the Executive Director and the Regional Sales Manager to facilitate training and continuous in servicing for all community staff that may have occasion to field an inquiry call or conduct a walk-in or scheduled tour.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our internal clients at all levels, from individual contributors through executives, to analyze training needs including learner,environmental and task analysis efficient while building positive relationships with key stakeholders across functional and enterprise business units.
The Director of Development Intelligence is responsible for leading the team, strategically and tactically, in collecting, manipulating, and delivering consistent, timely and accurate information through tools and reporting on business-wide performance and strategic initiatives.
