Designing and implementing Quality systems which comply with Corporate Policies, training staff and key personnel in order to attain strategic objectives, along with providing management quality trend information to aid in achieving these objectives.
The Manager of Quality, Safety and Operations Improvement will be responsible for identifying and managing quality, safety and operational improvement opportunities for key operational and clinical initiatives. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, this position will plan and manage projects related to: improving processes through decreasing variation, cost and cycle times; enhancing safety and identifying and promoting evidenced based operation and clinical performance.
The Quality Manager will direct the implementation and execution of our client's comprehensive quality management system at the plant level, including distribution centers and nearby storage facilities.
In this role, you will coordinate with product management to address conflicts identified between product expectations and the documented product specification must be addressed and updated in the spec and/or audit criteria.
