Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysis of data related to managing miles, assisting with logistics studies, safety analysis and measures, and managing projects and process improvements. Will also assist with data preparation for target and annual budgets as needed.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
This position will perform day to day administration, support, and maintenance of various cybersecurity related identity and access management systems (e.g. CA SSO, Okta, CyberArk, ISIM, Active Directory, RACF, Radiant Logic VDS/FID, SAML Federation, LDAPs, etc.)
The Contractor shall provide the required services to assist with cost/price analyses of proposals in support of small, medium, and large scale efforts. Advice and work products shall be accurate, free of errors, and provide a supportable basis for determining whether, in accordance with applicable acquisition regulations and policies, the proposed costs are fair and reasonable, as well as realistic.
Design, develop, maintain, and manage databases and applications. The position will be responsible for working with a database management systems software, including /Salesforce/, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access.
In this role, you will be responsible for research, resolves and responds to complex questions received via telephone calls or escalations, and provides support on services in accordance with current standards. Follows up with user to ensure problem is resolved satisfactorily.
