In this role, the selected candidate will be creating databases and the analysis and reporting of information on industry activity (market), sales, market share, economic data, and performance relative to the Mining Division business plan.
In this role, you will work from systems designs and/or other written or verbal instructions to develop, test, and implement applications to solve business problems or facilitate business opportunities.
This position will perform day to day administration, support, and maintenance of various cybersecurity related identity and access management systems (e.g. CA SSO, Okta, CyberArk, ISIM, Active Directory, RACF, Radiant Logic VDS/FID, SAML Federation, LDAPs, etc.)
In this role, you will be responsible for research, resolves and responds to complex questions received via telephone calls or escalations, and provides support on services in accordance with current standards. Follows up with user to ensure problem is resolved satisfactorily.
The position involves analyzing user and business requirements and designing solutions for systems. The position requires learning and understanding the systems unique to the University of Iowa Hospitals and understanding the controls and access requirements involved and assigning the appropriate access and permissions to hospital users.
In this role, you will implement and integrates new information technology infrastructure using approved Information Technology (IT) processes. Identifies, analyzes, selects and applies appropriate new information technology infrastructure components within a diverse environment as required to support strategic business plans and processes.
