In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with Telecommunications Specialist to ensure that telecommunications lines are documented properly within in-house databases, as well as TEMS bill management's web portal.
In this role, you will coordinate with network engineering, business application, and database administration functions to implement desktop and server systems that utilize industry best practices to meet corporate objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain infrastructure & software documentation and system validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure systems are documented completely and comply with industry (FDA,CAP) guidelines.
In this role, you will must be able to install, configure, administer, and provide ongoing user support for email; network authentication services; distributed directory information; network file systems.
