The Strategic Recruiting Project Specialist will play a multi-purpose role in assisting, executing, and developing recruiting processes, presentations, and procedures for a variety of programs and audiences.
In this role, the selected candidate will utilize standard processes and best practices to align human resource initiatives with business objectives; manage and respond to employee relations issues. Demonstrate the ability to counsel employees.
The Specialist Recruiter is responsible for hiring candidates for our Home Mortgage Division. This individual will identify key talent pools and will source qualified candidates who possess the required skills and competencies to meet business unit objectives.
In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to identify and attract the best talent. Initiate recruitment consulting meetings with the hiring managers to discuss open position needs/requirements, candidate selection criteria, and an appropriate recruitment strategy.
In this role, you will perform a variety of duties to ensure the sourcing, selection and hiring of qualified staff. Promotes career opportunities within the organization. Works independently performing work with measurement by process and results.
In this role, you will be responsible for data tracking, and business analytics related to our key talent partnerships, and must have some familiarity with administrative processes and organizational tools (previous ace experience a plus).
