In this role, the selected candidate will assist in formulating and implementing construction schedules in the field; manage subcontractor meetings in order to communicate early and often the progress and issues on the site.
Electrical Superintendents responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Supervise construction projects. Perform daily inspections of work performed. Act as liaison and coordinator between contractors.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with all parties involved on the project: owner, architects, subs; develop and implement schedules and site logistic plans with Project Manager.
This role provides management oversight for all phases of the construction project assigned including coordinating workers, material, and equipment; ensuring that plans and specifications are being followed; work is proceeding on schedule and within budget; and all work is being conducted in a safe and professional manner.
The selected candidate will ensures that both the health and safety company policies are followed. Confers with supervisory and management personnel and inspectors and suppliers of tools and materials to resolve construction conflicts and improve construction methods.
