In this role, you will develop sourcing strategies within assigned category. This includes analyzing category spend to understand current state, obtaining business requirements from key internal clients, identifying and leading cross-functional sourcing teams, conducting market research, and creating a sourcing strategy creation from these elements of due diligence.
The Project Manager will monitor and report the status of all projects to executive staff, project sponsors, customers, and additional stakeholders; define a problem, analyze the data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage the direction and daily activities of the Divisions procurement of raw materials, parts, equipment and operating supplies required for production of the Divisions products.
Collaborate to develop a comprehensive supply chain strategy for the client, including sourced categories, category strategies, savings commitments, service improvement ideas, and transition/implementation plan.
