The Social Worker is a master's level individual who will focus on assessments and discharge planning, as well as provide education group facilitation and client orientation services to adults with substance abuse and co-occurring psychiatric disorders within the detox program.
In this role, you will provide families with risk management and safety planning, assist the youth and family in improving ineffective patterns of interaction and provide caregivers with education and skill building.

In this role, the selected candidate will accurately document observations, interventions and evaluations pertaining to patient care management and services provided utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet.
In this role, the candidate will provide consultation to members of the facility, community agencies, etc. in an effort to solve the needs and problems of the residents through the development of social service programs.
