This position is responsible for the preparation of federal and state unitary, combined and stand alone income tax returns for complex entities as well as the associated estimated timing, true-up and account reconciliation processes for these entities.
As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will be involved with all significant elements of the entire tax life cycle, including tax planning and financial reporting, as well as federal and state tax compliance and controversy. The selected candidate will support significant business transactions and provide timely business support and analysis.
The selected candidate will prepare and/or review all federal, state, local income, and sales/use tax returns, tax payments and related workpapers. Includes all state extension requests as well as quarterly estimated tax payments.

In this role, the selected candidate will prepare Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 1118 and related work papers for owned foreign entities, identify transactions that create and prepare calculations for Subpart F, foreign source and previously taxed income.
In this role you will be responsible to works with clients and other firm business areas on business and tax related projects and initiatives. Authors and edits articles and white papers on areas of interest.
In this role, the selected candidate will assist in foreign tax credit calculation, Section 199 domestic production activities deduction calculation, federal and state R&D credit calculation, tax deprecation calculation, and Section 263A uniform capitalization calculation.
