Proactively identifies technology risks and develops recommendations for improvements to mitigate risks and bring programs and operations into compliance with the goals and objectives of the Information Security Program.
Leverage a number of global/regional cross functional suppliers. Develop and implement a series of leveraged global sourcing commodity strategies to achieve lowest total landed costs, effective asset management, continuous quality improvement, delivery, and cycle time performance improvement.
Provides functional and technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing and maintaining HR Systems solutions in support of corporate and divisional requirements. Utilizes knowledge and experience with a variety of human resource, benefits and payroll concepts, practices and procedures to identify new needs and create solutions to resolve identified needs.
Support the DoD program office in assisting a client with developing and evaluating acquisition strategies, perform related analyses, develop and review related documentation, and provide defense systems acquisition expertise in support of developing, acquiring, and fielding DoD client products.
Respond to questions regarding compensation philosophy, grade level, salary range, current salary, increase amounts, the performance appraisal process and other related compensation policies and procedures. Leverages HR Business Partners where appropriate.
Evaluates and analyzes a variety of financial results and indicators such as capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc. requiring advanced expertise.
Maintain monthly internal and external program performance reporting in accordance with government contracting and Earned Value Management guidelines including detailed program variance review and analysis.
Develop detailed specifications or enhancement requirements for database tools/systems that address business information and analytical priorities. Develop data collection methodologies and tagging requirements.
