This position is responsible for completing expense reports; arranging national and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings, coordinating meetings, taking notes and tracking activities.
The Senior Administrative Assitant will provide reliable, high quality sales and administrative support for the SVP & General Manager of the Away From Home (AFH) business, as well as the AFH Sales & Marketing leaders.
Provide administrative and project management support to the us ce&o leadership team. Responsibilities include calendar management, purchase requisition and other business processes, scheduling meetings and travel (primarily domestic), expense reimbursement, communication support and other special projects as requested.
Produce a large variety of analyses and relevant documents, including but not limited to: engagement agreements, market comparable reports, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), letters of intent (LOI), lease proposals, property surveys, general correspondence, lease analyses, and financial analysis.
