In this role, you will facilitate the root cause analysis process in the event of a sentinel or near miss event. Coordinates review of medical information, interviews staff, debriefs all individuals as indicated, and ensures appropriate and timely follow up for identified action items.
In this role, you will be responsible, working with the SE Medical Director, for the successful development and implementation of the SE Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement plan, including the QAPI program, an annual workplan, infection control, and monitoring and assisting with program regulatory requirements.
