In this position, you will manage and refine processes and procedures that provide assurance to respective lines of business and Risk Management regarding the quality and value of collateral being taken on commercial loans and/or assets secured by real property.
In this role, you will provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the auditing of all required financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.
In this position, you will develop and maintain appraisal pipeline reporting, backlog and variance analysis by line of business; conduct regular analysis to manage vendor and staffing issues and backlogs; provide regular reports and commentary/analysis to senior management.
In this role, you will ensure that Webster's commercial real estate appraisal policies and procedures are in compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements and professional standards. Communicate changes to staff and outside vendors and provide training as necessary.
In this role, the selected candidate will review the transaction workload and projects to ensure that all critical dates (such as option dates) are accounted for and any issues or discrepancies are addressed appropriately.
