The Real Estate Client Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding Client business drivers and needs, then applying that knowledge in developing strategies to deliver effective real estate portfolio and workplace solutions to support those business needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for the proper engagement of the appropriate real estate appraisal with an appropriate valuation to be relied upon for support of loan transactions, assets and/or collateral.
In this role, you will ensures loan agreement is in accordance with approval documents. Identifies potential issues contained within loan documentation and takes steps to address the issues, in consultation with RM. Key voice with the interaction of the client in closing transactions.
