This position will interface regularly with TTMs Sales, Development and Pre-Production Engineering departments, it is essential that the candidate be able to effectively balance the communication channels between these departments.
In this role, the selected candidate will monitor conditions, recommend and implement changes to the production environment that improve the stability, performance and security of a large scale Linux computing platform.
The Operations Support Engineer is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for various Arcadia software offerings. This position works in concert with the Engineering, Infrastructure, , and Account Management teams to monitor system and job performance and ensure that issues are resolved completely and efficiently. Support Engineers deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base in a tiered escalation model.
Follow product brief and successfully manage workload and communication to deliver on all relevant development goals. Manage the prototype development process with asian-based development teams and sourcing counterparts to meet all timeline, process, and communication requirements.
Perform studies of proposed system expansion with consideration given to service reliability, safety, operation and engineering economics. This includes the preparation of reports covering recommended and alternate plans to satisfy load growth and reliable system operation.
As a member of the North America Central Applications Team, the Product Applications Engineer is responsible for providing front line phone / email technical support for Analog Devices broad range of integrated circuits and products.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to work well with different staff levels within and out of core competency; ability to translate highly technical solutions/problems to audiences at varying technical levels.
