The Administrative Manager serves as a liaison between NWH Director of Ambulatory Services ( Director ) and the individual practice sites to accomplish joint goals / targets and development of the practice.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in process of recruitment of professional staff; will serve on interview committee at request of medical leadership, organizes orientation for incoming professional staff, assists with process of credentialing for provider staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and clinical flow management for a single practice or multiple practices and its clinic staff. Ensures understanding and application of policies and procedures, compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will execute concurrent projects in a fast paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines with minimal supervision; work on a team or independently while establishing strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Provide leadership on various IT disciplines such as network architecture, devops implementation, hybrid systems management, application modernization, virtual desktop, big data, machine learning and IOT, collaboration, communication and messaging.
As a RN Manager of Clinical Practice & Quality Assurance, you will review all Medicare and other episodic payers clinical records at the local level to assure appropriate documentation for reimbursement.
