Prepare statistical reports as required. Ensure that policies comply with state/federal laws, consult with legal counsel as necessary; oversee maintenance/communication of records required by law or local governing bodies (i.e. EEO, OSHA, etc.).
Coordination of employment paperwork, including but not limited to: on-boarding materials, offer letters, new hire paperwork, termination paperwork, and ensuring adherence to established service level agreements.
