This position will have access to processes and tools to support their success in this role. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, execution focused and hand-on, coaching and motivating the team to exceed targets.
Work with Head of Sales to implement best practices and structure of the Sales team. Ensure the team is meeting KPI - generating meetings, driving sales opportunities, assisting with internal process and product demos.
Ensure that engineered methods are clearly communicated to the rest of the Organization and work with cross-functional team to develop and optimize a New Product Introduction (NPI) process as well as a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
