The Business Analysts II to be responsible for orchestrating the various activities associated with ensuring that software products are delivered that meet user needs, represent the needs of end users throughout all stages of the product development process, and utilize knowledge of business processes and IT solutions to determine what features to build.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the Operational teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT; problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
The selected candidate will support all internal customer issues dealing with the assigned enterprise software. Manage documentation of processes, change orders, testing and results for key IT systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will perform Enterprise Security Engineer duties. Back up for web filter, SiEM, IDS/IPS: This includes troubleshooting and resolving help desk tickets related to Firewall, IDS/IPS, Web filter, and SIEM and Endpoint Security Products including Virus Scan, HDLP.
In this role, the selected candidate will serve as a communication bridge between business leaders and developers to facilitate understanding of initial requirements, questions and changes across these groups.
The IT Business Analyst must be able to perform job functions in an independent manner to provide leadership and drive collaboration across disciplines in all solution development related activities. This role is critical in the process of delivering integrated business and information solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
