The HR Support Manager is responsible for providing professional support to the People & Culture Team for all activities of the department, is a resource for Libertys People & Culture Business Partners, and is a critical part of our matrix organization.
In this role, you will report on the progress of the project with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money to senior management and to the project members; determine the HR administrative support approach within projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the hands-on administration and development of the human resource function for an employee populace of 130 employees, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, safety, training and development, and the continuous process improvement of our employee relations program.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide expert coaching on applicable employment laws and human resource practices including compliance, compensation, performance management, recruiting & selection, and employee relations.
In this role, you will assist with financial operations: review, prepare, and monitor contract documents; compile data for budgets and personal expense reconciliations, etc; verify contract compliance.
The Manager of Training & Development will be accountable for the development and implementation of training strategies, plans and processes to support organizational goals. He / She will be responsible for oversight and/or delivery of all internal employee training programs involving sales management development, leadership development programs, new hire training and onboarding programs, workforce education grants, skill assessments and development.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate full cycle recruiting process including: responding to employment inquires, coordinate postings and advertising of positions, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule and coordinate interviews, check references and extend offers.
In this role, you will involve gathering data from various sources, statistically analyzing large data sets of internal and external data, and assisting in interpreting this data to make well - informed business decisions.
