Work collaboratively across a global matrix organization partnering effectively with diverse stakeholders including: International and Functional HRBPs, COEs, Tech Ops functional leaders, HR Operations, and global support functions (Legal, Finance, Tax).
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to driving hiring in an efficient, cost-effective basis, ensuring we identify the highest caliber talent available ( internally or externally ) with an eye on our diversity and inclusion goals.
Perform accurate data entry of employee information into Oracle HRIS e.g. new hires, terminations, salary changes, etc.; perform weekly audits of data entry, new hire information and various other data points.
This role will interact with all levels of employees and management at the local NH facilities assigned. Local operational support and employee relations counsel to the employee and management community will be provided.
Assess, evaluate, and anticipate HR needs that meet the requirements of both the employees and the company. Support the overall compensation and benefits programs, HR/payroll support, recruiting, and training.; provide guidance and recommendations to executive management to support a best-in-class HR function.
Partner with the business as the primary point of contact in developing an understanding of the people and organizational strategy needs and assist in designing and executing solutions in the areas of performance and talent management, succession planning, business process improvement, global teaming, rewards and recognition strategies, communications and staffing.
Provide stewardship over the testing, integration and rules within EBS. Collaborate with systems teams and users to proactively assess current processes. Evaluate system to suggest improvement measures to EBS and out of system processes
Ensure all policies are being met when sourcing and selecting candidates. Work directly with hiring team leader to provide proper guidance around competencies, capabilities, skills, diversity, and balance of external and internal selections.
