Work with business units, corporate support functions and banking partners to implement best in class banking structure and controls. Oversee administration of banking websites and bank services, corporate Treasury databases and record-keeping, working closely with corporate treasury staff who are responsible for day-to-day execution and maintenance.
Serve as the key financial leader for the division by partnering with divisional executives and providing responses to various inquiries from management for financial results, special reporting requests, etc.
As Relationship Manager in Capital Finance you are responsible for managing a moderate to complex asset-based and factoring loan portfolio. Additional responsibilities include making sure that clients needs are met, and always being on the lookout for how we can do things better. Analyzing financial data to make sure that the client is within their covenants and identifying when a conversation needs to take place.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the monthly General Ledger close and related reporting is accurate, complete, and timely while maintaining compliance with accounting standards, financial controls and procedures.
Support the IT function with the development of financial forecasts, reports, risk mitigation and be a business partner to the DS CIO which includes financial support for all IT op mechs (e.g. monthly IT tollgate reviews, blueprint packages).
Monitor BD activities and assess for quality and timeliness of deliverables; work with Program Manager for Administration on BD financial activities in support of larger BD contract management activities.
Ensure tight coordination of planning to key business drivers (retail and business deposit activity, customer transactions, occupancy impacts, staffing and resource models, investment plans and capital needs).
Actively manage demand from the function and balance what is possible with supply on a quarterly basis; provide a structured implementation approach that allows you to deliver prioritized demand in a predictable way that meets or exceeds your internal customers expectations.
