The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships.
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to our Recruiting team and will serve as a primary contact for Hiring Managers, applicants, and partners. This position will be required to perform various recruitment and administrative tasks.
This position requires individuals who are goal oriented, possess a strong sales aptitude, as well as have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple objectives in a fast paced and challenging environment.
In this role, you will be responsible to analyze and implement process improvements. Coordinate and actively cooperate with all recruiting teams to ensure global efficiency and transparency in our processes.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide end-user support; troubleshoot defects, bugs, and other system issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation; recommending process or system workarounds where possible.
In this role, you will be responsible to implement sourcing strategies to develop a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates. Work closely with hiring managers, team leadership and other groups as necessary to negotiate offers, understand business requirements, provide market guidance and refine recruitment priorities.
