The Administrative Assistant will make other valuable contributions, including preparing and updating reports, meeting materials, contact lists, scheduling and coordinating meetings, domestic and international travel arrangements, conferences, completing expense reports, and various other administrative duties.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for the reconciliation of supplier held inventory, as well as to aid in the clerical functions of the Planning team in the process of work orders for manufacturing.
In this role, the selected candidate will review and analyze routine and ad hoc reporting regarding key contract terms; coordinate with appropriate contacts in relevant business units to assure proper use and administration of the system and to drive adoption of same.

In this role, you will iunvolve determining key parameters to evaluate for various EO/IR sensors, defining metrics used to characterize those systems, designing optical test stations appropriate for the units-under-test, and developing detailed test plans as well as procedures and methodologies for data analysis.
In this role, you will support of the Chief of Staff. This person must be able to perform well while working independently, multi-tasking, and thriving in a very fast paced environment. This role will also handle confidential data and interact with high-level executives on a daily basis and will report to the Chief of Staff.
