In this role, the selected candidate must have a successful above quota sales experience selling multi-million dollar big date enterprise marketing contracts to major healthcare providers/pharmacy accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for products in Portfolio: Nuance Inbound and Outbound Customer Care Solutions including; Network Speech Products, Nuance On-Demand IVR, Nuance MultiChannel solutions (Nina), Nuance Professional Services, Third Party IVR and CTI (Avaya, Genesys and Cisco), Voice Biometrics and Digital Engagament Solutions (Live Chat, etc.).
In this role, you will have deep experience with solution selling of complex enterprise software with preferable background around web development, Cloud / SaaS, Web Analytics, Marketing Automation, Web Content Management or Social Software.
The Account Executive will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipeline, create & execute account strategies, close enterprise-level deals, and manage customer expansion for our award winning and leading enterprise integration solutions.
In this role, the successful candidate will employ a proven sales process to take prospects from initial interest, build business value, develop proof of concept, deliver custom proposals, and contract closure.
In this role, the selected candidate will be refining and improving the current sales training curriculum and conducting sales training for new hires; continue to augment the sales process and add corresponding training materials for the entire sales team.
