As part of the Technical Services team, the SSE will also provide integration support and consulting for our growing list of clients and partners, in addition to providing internal training and support.

In this position, you will support video conference and other A/V related needs in rooms at the customer premise, including integrated A/V systems. Subsequent tasks include various support functions for the clients contract on a national level.

In this role, you will provide support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptops, PDA or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access (VPN).
In this role, the selected candidate will work directly with other technical support staff, quality assurance, development, and sales operations to resolve problems; document all issues, develop and review content for knowledge base.
