The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for Operational Excellence projects and activities at multiple locations in assigned region; champion projects and provide technical leadership utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, or other available tools improving quality, cost and delivery.
In this role, the selected candidate will define the To-be state of business process and workflow as expected by customer (user and IT teams) along with thought leadership inputs, refinements and improvements which will help the customer to achieve objectives faster and in efficient manner.
As an Architect you are responsible for providing technical leadership to small size/complexity/order-value projects. You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.
Process improvement and production support to Manufacturing Facilities through the company; responsible for improving manufacturing reliability, building employee capability, and creating operational stability.
