Interact with and influence colleagues in Research division and Research Quality in order to strategically align and facilitate harmonization of quality systems, procedures, and processes where necessary.

The CRE focuses on safety and is responsible for construction quality and compliance with design drawings and specifications. The CRE monitors construction progress, notifies the Construction Engineers/Superintendents (CE/S) when internal Quality Control (QC) inspections and independent testing by the on-site laboratory are required, and issues deficiency notices and compiles punch lists.
Drives high level company wide initiatives including development and advancement of the corporate environmental strategy, sustainability reporting, climate efforts, and support for corporate clean energy initiatives.
