In this role, the selected candidate will oversee development and facilitation of client service strategy plan for client base; develop and maintain relationship with client owners, client appointed contacts or on-site supervisors.
This position is responsible for ensuring all client needs are met by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products within the Client Services Department and acting as an on-site representative to the Wholesale Club team.
This Account Management position is responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships with FIS customers. Responds to customer support request via telephone, written communication and onsite consultation if needed.
In this role, you will build and strengthens client relationships both at the operational and executive levels by understanding the client's business goals and determining how ADP services/products align.
