The Sr. Manager Business Partner establishes and leads governance processes on direct and indirect spend. This partner will also seek to understand technology and partnering needs of the Digital Health business and enabling internal functions to ensure that the Global Procurement team is ready with the skills and supply base to support the emerging needs.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategy and Operations, GI DDU, this person will be responsible for implementing best practice business initiatives to drive future growth and further enhance delivery via the innovative GI DDU hybrid (externalized and internal research) drug discovery model.
Actively partner with the Talent Partner, VP of HR and HR team to ensure solid alignment on regional and plant level people plans in support of the Division or Corporate / Capabilities Talent Strategies.
Develop, recommend, implement, support and monitor compliance for new and existing employee benefits programs. Maintain relationships with vendors, brokers and consultants to assess program and market trend.
Ensure effective communication to the senior leadership team and other key stakeholders the strategies driving ecommerce, a vision and roadmap for future growth, and provides ongoing status updates across initiatives.
Submit a business plan for each quarter, which encapsulates the key partner relationship with their value and details annual revenue targets Business objectives for the geographic account coverage with detailed activity plans and revenue targets should also be submitted.
Develop and implement plan for marketing programs/campaigns for the private bank and RIA channels. Ensure execution of marketing programs across print, digital, event, sponsorship, paid, earned media, etc.
