The Project Manager will play a key role in planning and design projects as a project manager in New England. The individual will lead project development, responsible for financial management of projects, ensuring key deadlines are met, and that project staff work together collaboratively and effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible to manage transactions that involve researching and completing all phases of projects from initial outreach and landowner negotiation, supervision of appraisers, surveyors, and other consultants, to ultimate sale and conveyance to a public agency.
In this role, you will work on all phases of projects including schematic design, design development, construction drawings to construction administration while helping to ensure that project schedules stay on time and on task.
In this role, you will actively develop project staff through cross training and mentoring to maximize employee efficiency, ability and longevity. Assist colleagues with technical input and contributions when approached.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with a fully integrated team of Structural, & Mechanical Engineers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Interior Designers and Developers.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and submit regulatory applications such as 510(k)s, PMAs, IDEs, etc. Participate in and lead FDA regulatory meetings, teleconferences, and other Agency communications as needed.
