this person will be responsible for: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Cash Flow Financial Analysis Payroll Benefits Management Budgeting Forecasting Organization and process development and management.
The reimbursement manager will work directly to support the needs of the manufacturers sales force and their customers in coordination with their client liaison will serve as an expert in payer policies and provide support to facilitate appropriate patient access and utilization of services to ensure their access to care.
Plan, develop, coordinate and execute marketing and sales activities such as culinary events (i.e Food Fanatics LIVE and Scoop Showcases), sales meetings, promotions/incentives, etc. Will oversee, direct and supervise Marketing Coordinator(s) on all said activities in all of the Markets within the Area.
Supervise the day to day team operations for the medical underwriting team. Manage the evaluation of individual underwriting requirements and risk selection on group accounts including new applicants, late plan entrants and benefit change requests during enrollment periods.
Works with customer service group to determine accurate labor and materials counts for active and prospective shop quotes. Works with shop operations team to ensure work performed meets established parameters.
Oversee the photo content budget and strategy (alt shots, on model, Shop the Look, location, missing images, etc..). Partner with Brand, Marketing, EU Ecom, and Wholesale to identify opportunities to collaborate on images.
Evaluates risks on large and technically complex new business, for all channels. Reviews related information concerning risk (e.g., Exams, Attending Physician Reports, Motor Vehicle Reports, Inspection Reports, etc) and determines approval or rejection. Utilizes Medical Director as appropriate.
