In this role, the selected candidate will plan for, schedules, supervise, delegate, and provide feedback to members of design and engineering team; refine management skills to assess in advance the need for additional staff to complete design work on schedule.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop innovative designs that meet or exceed customer's requirements and expectations; prepare accurate cost estimates for equipment in the concept stage of development.
The selected candidate will work closely with component suppliers to ensure conformance to quality standards for parts being shipped to DTNA manufacturing plants. Lead Preventive, Proactive and Reactive projects. Evaluate the truck assembly process and review risk assessments to drive effective process control.
