Assessing the integrated test needs, understanding the software features and architecture, defining a test strategy, working with developers to get the test environment set up, and implementing/executing test cases.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
The Quality Assurance Engineer will work with the Project Managers, Developers, QA & DevOps Engineering Manager, and Director of eCommerce Technology to ensure all technologies are tested across operating system, browser and form factors and working as designed.
Will work with the quality management planning and operations team on test execution. Will interpret internal and external business issues. Will ensure software quality standards over web and mobile projects.
In this role, you will evaluate test execution against traced specifications and identifies gaps. Analyzes test results against expected behaviors. Gathers technical data and performs initial test outcome analysis.
Plans equipment layout and work flow to maintain safe and efficient utilization of plant resources.
Assists in the development of new methods, tooling, test systems, and machine designs that reduce cycle time and improve productivity and quality.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes (including tool path) for machining, turning or grinding, tooling/fixture design, creation/management of documentation/support drawings through the application of professionally accepted engineering principles and techniques.
