Responsible in association with hospital and clinic administrators for the implementation, maintenance and optimization of a compliant 340B program in the Oregon Region, under the direction of the Director of Business Development.
Providing leadership for large, complex, enterprise-wide information technology projects in support of the Agency; defining, managing and controlling all identified project management tasks; identifying and managing Agency business requirements to the satisfaction of clients; providing project communications; providing coordination with the project sponsor.
Provide strategic oversight and partnership to facilitate communication and track all information, activities, tasks, status, team member allocation, equipment and other resources related to all large projects.
Collaborates and partners with project sponsors, functional and network leaders to develop project definition to include project scope, financial, timeline, risks, dependency, resource needs, and alignment to strategic imperatives.
Help implement regional Orthopedic strategies in musculoskeletal service lines across all Oregon ministries to ensure quality outcomes, support / lead interdisciplinary care teams and engage physicians in growth and development of efficient, effective and value added orthopedic services.
Be responsible for providing project leadership, coordination and facilitating teamwork of project teams to meet project goals. Be responsible for working with department managers, service line directors and chief executives to develop project scopes.
In this role, the selected candidate will work in all phases of a project from investigation to construction/remediation, including preparation of drawings, plans, specifications, reports, bid documents, and certifications.
