The Logistics Operations Manager LOM works in support of the Factories and/or other Business units that are customers of CPLG/GLO. The person in this role oversees logistical operations for one or more of the following categories: Non-Finished Goods, Capital Supporting Items, Capital Tools, Die Wafer, or Inter-plant Traffic with the following scope: -Logistics capabilities development in support of Factory Operations e.g. Intel Fab, Assembly Test, Design Center, other.
The primary responsibility of the role is to lead supply chain design and enablement in support of new product launches;Orchestrate the setup of new revenue supply chains across various Intel functions, ensuring zero barriers to product launch, and driving re-use of our supply chain capabilities.
The Global Supply Chain Operations Training Manager will also be responsible for identifying and/or developing company-wide or individual learning initiatives that cost-effectively focus employee development toward achievement of both business and personal career goals.
This position may require knowledge of SOX / 404internal audit controls and related documentation and this position may be responsible for the performance of various functions that may be an integral part of the Companys overall SOX / 404internal control structure.
In this role, you will product planning knowledge and previous odm management/engagement experience in the manufacturing and sales of consumer devices is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to define, drive and implement supply chain capabilities to support new customers. Previous direct customer engagement required. Good communication and presentation skills are required.
