In this role, the selected candidate will work with management to identify and develop talent. Facilitates talent discussions focused on learning agility and sustained performance, partners in robust development planning and identification of successors to key roles and participates in the Talking Talent process.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide high-quality health care through direct assessment, diagnosis, and formulation/implementation of treatment plan for patients with common acute and chronic illnesses and injuries (may include performing histories and physicals; ordering, interpreting, and following up on diagnostic studies; ordering medications).
