In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct technical support to end-users for all IT related issues both hardware and software. The selected candidate will work with Network Operations Center to troubleshoot complex LAN/WAN issues.
In this role, you will supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of purchased applications or application frameworks. Participates in the design configuration, problem diagnosis, maintenance, and installation of application systems and/or user group profiles.
This individual contributor is primarily responsible for monitoring, managing and proving first-level support for enterprise systems, assisting in the implementation of hardware and software changes, and documenting and communicating relevant performance and procedural information.
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring applicable software and systems, maintaining local documentation, installing/updating/removing software, applying change control processes and procedures, planning and preparing for future growth, and trouble-shooting and resolving issues.
