The Human Resources Director will support initial and ongoing launch activities across the Utah/Southwest area for this fast growing manufacturing business. The HRD will be responsible for developing comprehensive HR strategies and leading HR programs in the areas of talent management, organizational effectiveness, leadership and coaching.
Responsible for collaboration and consultation with senior plant and Division management on HR and Employee Relations (ER) aspects of operations and business strategy, including design and achievement of workforce management and workforce development objectives.

In this role, the selected candidate will lead the development and implementation of long term People vision and strategy for US Customer Support, balancing local needs and corporate direction and initiatives.
