Provide technical and product application support directly with customers and to the Manufacturers Reps (Reps), Authorized Distributors (ADs), and Vertical Strategic Account Managers (SAMs) to help drive opportunity creation, new business wins, and overall sales growth in the assigned territory.
Includes the ability to evaluate large security enterprises and their SOC organizations, development of strategic roadmaps to drive growth and maturity, as well as knowledge on how to implement and drive a plan for transforming an organization to their desired end state.
Responsibilities include life-of-site project planning, preparation and management of budgets, procurement and management of multiple consultants, contractors, and vendors, reporting within the Waste Management system, coordination and consensus building with site managers, senior leadership, facility staff, regulators, and the public.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
The Field Service Engineer will provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
