The Sales Engineer/Systems Engineer will use consultative technical sales skills to assist customers with the design and configuration of company products, deliver technical product demonstrations, deliver technical training, respond to customer inquiries, help to train new employees on product, assist the sales team in responding to RFP's or answering technical questions, and to develop strategies to develop solutions for customers.
In this role, you will educate customers on the benefits, advantages and cost savings in investing in the process of honing. Use your strong communications skills to sell through education and relationship.
This position (Sales Engineer) reports to the functional direction of Industrial Business Unit (Metal working Cutting Tools). The goals are general to growing new and servicing ongoing Kennametal metalworking customers with metal cutting products, services and solutions.
