Responsible for the planning, design, enforcement, and review of secure software development efforts to help ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures under appropriate management guidance.
Lead in the design, development, deployment and support of software components, and software solutions for business units and/or enterprise level projects in the Microsoft .NET environment for multiple platforms.
The Field Service Engineer will provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate new installations, including facility inspections, instrument validation, and customer training. Review and approve operational quality of equipment, and instruct customers in operations and maintenance of system under general instruction.
Assists in the creation of comprehensive unit test plans and creates and executes test cases in line with test plans. Participates in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, maintaining, and modifying computer programs of moderate complexity, significance, and risk.
Performing high quality product demonstrations, including the development of new techniques and applications for FEI partners and customers. Technical product expert assisting with all phases of the sales cycle.
This position will require ongoing partnership with customers throughout the Company and therefore communication skills, both verbal and written, are important. Develop / maintain project plans for technical project tasks· Develop technical specs for new and modified programs.
