In this role, you will provide general routine and non-routine administrative help. Primary duties would be administrative tasks such as meeting logistics (scheduling rooms, securing equipment, ordering catering, greeting and escorting external visitors), updating contact information, phone lists and travel schedules, making travel arrangements, doing travel expense reports, expense reimbursement, reconciling charges, and ordering supplies.
