In this role, the selected candidate will direct the operation of multiple units and/or departments by identifying customer and operational needs; analyzing resources, costs, and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; gaining cross-functional support for business plans and priorities.

In this role, you will develop and implement patient care systems to assure cost effective, high quality, coordinated, patient focused care and other services necessary to meet the strategic, operational and financial goals of the Cancer Institute.
In this position you will be responsible for operational leadership and strategic integration of the cancer clinics, including, but not limited to, Medical Oncology/Hematology Clinics, Oncology Specialty Clinics, Thoracic Surgery and Integrative Medicine in collaboration with the Executive team and physician leadership.
In this role, you will be ability to lead and expand the vision of educators to facilitate the notion that every kid will achieve his or her goals. Will embed this vision in refinements to existing products and will apply to new products without being confined to traditional market-driven analysis.
