The National Eye Care Specialist will lead, sell and promote one or all Eye Care product lines North America Field Sales; in addition, will have personal sales responsibility for Eye Care sales in assigned National Accounts.
Responsible for supporting and driving FMS quality standards through meeting all ESRD regulatory requirements and the practice of Quality Assessment and Improvement (QAI), including use of FMS QAI tools.
Responsible for providing day-to-day operations, clinical and administrative leadership to the team members, charged with the provision of comprehensive, patient-centered, quality health care for pediatric patients.
Analyze the local environment and identify/understand influencers within the assigned ECE accounts, translate knowledge into actionable market insights to develop customer plans that optimize brand positioning, drive demand and improve patient outcomes.
Assess, develop, implement and monitor a comprehensive discharge plan of care through an interdisciplinary team process in conjunction with the patient and family. Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to identify problems or needs that require special planning, intervention, teaching or follow-up.
