In this role, you will provide ongoing training, motivation, and team-building of support staff. Supervises and trains all processing and support staff including interviewing and making recommendations for hiring, and performance management.
In this role, you will be responsible for failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
In this role, you will ensure that the branch meets all regulatory compliance standards.Follows all operating policies and procedures.Ensures branch personnel comply with all laws and regulations. Documents and communicates individual compliance performance in annual staff evaluations.
