The Field IT Support Specialist serves as an application specialist, supporting the development adult learning educational programs and provides training support of new and/or legacy software applications to division clinics and other business locations.
In this role, you will oversee the implementation process to ensure that policies and procedures developed by clinical services are consistently incorporated into facility practices from a clinical technology perspective.
In this role, the candidate will develop teaching aids including training manuals, demonstration models, reference material and visual aids; track, record, and maintain attendance records for all training conducted.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, testing and maintaining the training environment and deliver end - user training and support. May help develop and maintain training materials, including but not limited to scripts and scenarios, and training schedules for applications that may be assigned.
