In this role, the selected candidate should be able to understand customer requirements and write functional/technical specification documents for RICEFs; should be able to work with Interfaces to third party systems.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain of all applicable policy and procedure documentation; translate business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs.
In this role, you will maintain log of system issues and convey customer feedback to product development staff. The incumbent must possess sound knowledge of organizations products and assist field technicians who are troubleshooting problems or repairing products.
In this role, you will manage all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure activities are in alignment with the bank's and unit's risk appetite and risk management framework.
