The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed Business Intelligence (BI) systems and devising computer programs, systems and related procedures to provide information.
The Pharmacy System Analyst is the primary support contact for the pharmacy information system. This includes coordination with other team members and organizational subject matter experts to create and support an integrated EHR system.
In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and defining system's scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of the application, business, operational and/or industry requirements.
Assist with the design and documentation of system functional requirements in formats to facilitate the development of deliverables such as Request for Proposals and/or Information, custom development efforts, project based planning documents such as scope documents and client services communication.
Perform requirements gathering/elicitation and analysis in order to understand current state processes, complex business rules and desired future state; ensuring that the context and implications of the changes are identified and understood by the business and the project team.
This position requires analytical skills and the capability to understand complex applications and how they are being used to support operations. This includes assisting in building and maintaining application tables, providing system and operational support services to operational users, preparing training materials, and conducting training classes.
