Responsible for the management and leadership of the Fabricating and Welding Facility including supervision of employees, safety, quality and on-time delivery of product to the customer or next process.
Manage the agency/client relationship to ensure proper servicing of the client and that all client objectives and requirements are met and exceeded; coordinate the planning, development and execution of advertising activities for the client.
Interact routinely with judges and court personnel (including attending court hearings and testifying on behalf of the ward) attorneys, professionals in community organizations, and the general public.

The ORSH Safety and Environmental Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance and proactive leadership to a team of environmental and safety professionals who support the operations, technical, and construction teams associated with the Ohio River Supply Hub area.
Organizes and assigns work within a work cell to utilize available skills, knowledge and experience, labor hours, machines and tooling to the best advantages to obtain most favorable machining costs, quality and workmanship.
Perform all task in relation to Food Safety and Sanitation practices for the assigned area including facilities and equipment following the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and job instructions.
Develops and implements personnel training activities aimed at maintaining a competent flexible workforce including the skills inventory program, apprentice programs, safety training, and specialty training for each craft.
Monitors status of open audit issues, considers disclosure of delayed audit comments in the quarterly representation letters and presenting the status of audit comment remediation to the director, policy & procedure, assistant controller and corporate controller.
